The sandblasting is a very hazardous and resource demanding process. The
purpose of the equipment is to clean steel surfaces from hard deposits, mill
scale, rust, oil and other foreign materials, and, in particular, can be used in dry
abrasive sandblasting and water blasting, and can also be used as a cleaning
device for metal surfaces within service work of oil/gas storage facilities and
shipyards

THE CHALLENGE

Currently most of the sandblasting and
painting work is done manually. This makes
the process dangerous and ineffective. We
strive for continual improvement to achieve
100% elimination of human involvement in
dangerous places and increase efficiency of
clients.

THE SOLUTION

Our solution is usage of semi-autonomous
robots both for sandblasting and painting of
steel surfaces, which can eliminate up to 75%
of operational costs. We have already
developed our first robot “Roboblast R1” for
internal and external cleaning both for
abrasive and UHP water cleaning.
